Century American sponsors Class-A apartment project in Glendale, CA

Century American Regioanal Center is proud to announce that it is the sponsoring Regional Center for a 164 unit Class-A apartment project in Glendale, CA. The project also features a retail component that has a 20 year lease with CVS. The project is expected to create over 400 direct, indirect, and induced jobs.

Century American sponsors Class-A apartment project in Anaheim, CA.

Century American Regional Center is proud to announce that it is the sponsoring Regional Center for a Class-A 400-unit residential community. The project, known as Jefferson Platinum Triangle, will be located near the intersection of East Katella Ave. and South State College Blvd.  Construction will begin in January 2015. The project is expected to create over 600 direct, indirect, and induced jobs.
